Here's how to delete a Smallstep Authority in the Dashboard

• Visit your Dashboard's Authorities page. (https://smallstep.com/app/YOUR_TEAM_SLUG/cm/authorities)
• Click on the Authority to review the configuration and optionally delete it.
• Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the `delete this Authority` link.
