Why am I getting a bill if I picked the free plan?

I picked the Free tier for my Certificate Manager account but I still got a bill with charges? What is going on?

There are 2 parts to Billing: 


1. Support Level

  • Basic (Free)
  • Team
  • Business


You can still get billed via part 2 & 3 even if you set your support/account level to Basic!


2. Authority Services 

  • Advanced Authority
  • More than 1 DevOps Authority 


3. Endpoint Services

  • More than 50 endpoints used across your authorities


Check your invoice and let support know if you have additional questions.
